At Dersingham we are developing a creative curriculum.

A creative curriculum uses the arts and cross curricular links to support learning. Using this approach allows children to make connections between each subject, which broadens their understanding of the topics and enables them to get a wider view of a subject. The outcome is that children are enthusiastic, highly motivated and confident in their learning.

The creative curriculum involves lots of educational visits. Here the year two children make use of our local Docklands Museum.

	Class 10 children stock a ship with cargo. To prevent it from sinking, they also need to keep their cargo balanced.
In the photograph, with the help of a drama group the children re-enact the Great Fire of London.
